We want you to love your Daughters of India pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal to submit your return request. You will receive instructions and a return authorisation via email.

Return Shipping

We do not provide a prepaid return label for Switzerland. We recommend using Swiss Post for your return shipment. Please ensure items are packaged securely and use a tracked service.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Intimates and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Since all orders to Switzerland are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), there are no separate duty charges to refund — your refund reflects the full amount paid.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

All prices include Canadian duties and taxes — you won't pay anything extra on delivery. Our slow fashion garments are handcrafted in India and shipped directly to you.

We are a small team however we endeavour to process your order within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via DHL Express. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Your order price includes all Canadian import duties and taxes — we handle customs clearance through DHL so there are no surprise fees at your door. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We want you to love your Daughters of India piece. If it's not quite right, we're happy to help — simply return within 30 days and we'll issue a Daughters of India Gift Card for the full value. Your credit never expires and can be used on any piece, including new collections.
